My pregnant wife had her appointment today at the centre for her glucose test and it went great. Lyn was amazing throughout the entire time. My wife is afraid of needles and she made her feel very comfortable all through the process. Great and professional service from everyone. Cheers :
Very good service, I was hesitant from all the bad reviews but I am happy to say they are rubbish. My appointment was on time, nurse was very friendly. Be grateful for these people, they are under tremendous pressure after the roll out of new medical procedures we shall not name....
Employing two phlebotomist for a whole day, and only having one on for well over a hour is unacceptable. Six people walked out while waiting for blood tests, and I have been waiting for well over a hour and half now. Completely terrible management of this clinic.
I’ll admit I was hesitant to visit this facility based on the reviews, but my experience was clearly opposite the other reviewers. I did come early, around 7:50am, I was seen immediately and had my blood taken by a very competent technician, didn’t even feel the needle going in, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
