Went the other day, no one was waiting. I was in and out in 5mins. Guy that took test was really nice too.nJust as a side note that i hope will get seen by the company I don't think bookings are fair. It's not nice to take a number and sit waiting to have 4 to 5 bookings come in and skip in front of you. I ended up waiting at another place for 30mins because of this
For gods sake, hire some more staff.nThe very cold waiting room is full, chocka, and so far in twenty minutes I’ve only seen one number called. So I guess I’m going to be sitting in this cold waiting room for a long long time, all the while taking time off work so not getting paid.nI’ve seen one elderly man give up waiting and leave, and two separate people open the door, take one look at how many people are here, and turn around and leave.nnEdited to add… over an hour later and I’m still waiting.nSeriously understaffed here.
My pregnant wife had her appointment today at the centre for her glucose test and it went great. Lyn was amazing throughout the entire time. My wife is afraid of needles and she made her feel very comfortable all through the process. Great and professional service from everyone. Cheers :
Very good service, I was hesitant from all the bad reviews but I am happy to say they are rubbish. My appointment was on time, nurse was very friendly. Be grateful for these people, they are under tremendous pressure after the roll out of new medical procedures we shall not name....
Employing two phlebotomist for a whole day, and only having one on for well over a hour is unacceptable. Six people walked out while waiting for blood tests, and I have been waiting for well over a hour and half now. Completely terrible management of this clinic.
