I have a family member that attended here for bloods and had a very nasty experience with a lady who was very aggressive at taking bloods and had left huge bruises.nEven if you are having a bad day or don't like your customer for some reason you have a job to do and need to be respectful to all. This is your job especially when you are injecting needles into people.nWait times are exactly as these reviews state. Terrible, please get more staff on board.
I had to post a review because my experience didn't reflect the bulk of reviews here. Maybe I just got lucky, bit wait time was shorter then expected, staff were friendly and professional, it wasn't exactly painless but I don't think you can expect more!
Lovely ladies very good at whats they do but the wait times are terrible. Should be a in and out service like the other branches especially with 3 staff members. The card scanning system needs to be updated and accurate.
Could not wish for more caring lovely ladies. I have bad veins and terminal cancer and they still seem to be able to get me first pop and don’t make me bruise unlike so many others have done. Plus they are always happy and sweet no matter how busy or stressful their day has been. They can only do their best which they do.
The wait times are wayyyyy too long - 4 staff and 1 person ahead and waited over 40 minutes. Next time I just walked out after being only one in clinic and nobody came out after 25 minutes. Could hear at least 3 people discussing their weekend in the back.
