Waited well over an hour for the phones to be answered and ended up emailing them instead because nobody picked up the phone. Don't bother with this place. You will feel rushed through your appointment, and leave dissatisfied. Then have to pay and go through the hassle of making another appointment for any follow ups. Rigmaroll getting any forms signed for any places like WINZ; they can't give you a time or day to pick up. Been over a week now and still nothing.nAbsolutely disgusted with this place. Will be changing.
Nice building. Nice reception staff. Thats where the service ends. Cant see a Doctor for months. If you're unwell, tuff. Pay $20 for a Dr visit or $20 for a Triage Nurse visit & $20 if you order medication online. Should be called the $20 medic Club. If you opt to see a medical personel urgently, $99 will do it.
Polite, extremely helpful staff.nMy experiences with the doctors there have been nothing but professional and engaging.
This place is awful! They DO NOT care about mental health patients. it’s the last on their mind- the only thing they worry about is money, we have paid them multiple amounts of times with receipts and all!nIt’s absolutely crap. Does one have to attempt suicide to be seen!!! When will they take it seriously! It’s so sad. what a broken medical practice this is.
Been refused my medication for my mental health because apparently i owe $99 i have never been informed by email,mail or txt or even in person when i have been into the surgery. Most of my appointments get cancelled. I even paid in cash $20 and receptionist said i don't have any change so you will be in credit of 50 cents. Oh and never answer their phone.
