This place is awful! They DO NOT care about mental health patients. it’s the last on their mind- the only thing they worry about is money, we have paid them multiple amounts of times with receipts and all!nIt’s absolutely crap. Does one have to attempt suicide to be seen!!! When will they take it seriously! It’s so sad. what a broken medical practice this is.
2hrs on the phone to make an appointment is crazy, I rang them directly as soon as they texted me advising that dr needed to sign off on my prescription WHY does it take so long to answer the phone, I hung up after 2 hours of waiting
How come you can never get through on ph. Rung 7 times today. Waited 40 min. Every time. No response.is there no stuff. Its crazy
Polite, extremely helpful staff.nMy experiences with the doctors there have been nothing but professional and engaging.
Been refused my medication for my mental health because apparently i owe $99 i have never been informed by email,mail or txt or even in person when i have been into the surgery. Most of my appointments get cancelled. I even paid in cash $20 and receptionist said i don't have any change so you will be in credit of 50 cents. Oh and never answer their phone.
