Story

Welcome to Aviva - formerly Christchurch Women's Refuge. At Aviva we support women, children and men to live lives free from family violence, whether together or apart, and wherever they are on their journey. We chose the name Aviva to express positivity, potential and our passionate belief that a new life, free from family violence is possible for everyone, with the right support. We think Aviva does that; it celebrates life.

I called wanting help with obtaining a parenting order after being assaulted by my partner infront of my toddler. The woman I got transferred to was incredibly rude, didnt listen and spoke over me, took my details and noone has bothered to get back to me. This phone call was incredibly hard for me to make and to be quite honest it has put me off seeking help all together. Do better.
If you are in stifle call them. Amazing support, trust what they say.. well done!!!!!
I'd like thank pauline for the help and time she has spent to help me.
