Took my bike in for a service. The guys did a great job. Replaced battery on bike computer and my bike is absolutely flying. Highly recommended.
Repair on mtb was no good Failed to follow up with update to repair/make good on faulty workmanship. No consumer guarantee act. I had to pay again, another quick fix which also failed..
I take my three bikes to my ride in masterton for repairing and find them to be quick and first class. Also friendly and very informative.
Opened up outside of hours for us so we could pick up a new tyre after a sidewall split on our touring tandem much appreciated, really nice guy as well.
Not good, I asked if they had any Sram Level brake pads and they gave me Sram Level TLM and said they would work. They Didn't.
This has been my go to bike shop for many years its always a pleasure visiting the team at My Ride ,they are always helpful and willing to help out with honest and knowledgeable advice .
