Very happy with the service and it was quick.
We've been customers forever it seems! I highly recommend Dave, Steve and the team. We have had our company fleet and private cars serviced by Auto Super Shoppe Silverdale for more than a decade and am always confident they will do what's right by us because they always have. Go there - they'll look after you with no BS.
The team here are always helpful. Never any feelings of having work added that isn't needed to be done. They always call and discuss if your vehicle has other issues that need to be attended to. Highly recommend these guys.
Good service, friendly staff and time efficient. But didn't accurately quote me the job cost prior to completion, and in the end was vastly more expensive than other mechanics 20 minutes down the road. A good garage if your not light on cash.
Great work thanks guys, cost less than the quote so even happier. Great communication. I was offered a lift to work and had my car drop off once the work was complete. No stress at all. Much appreciated.
Nothing was too hard for these guys.. they were super busy but took the time to discuss everything fully with every customer. Exceeded every expectation! I was waiting so saw it all and was super impressed well done guys! I will be back
Fantastic service! Had a flat battery on Saturday at lunch-time. Got someone to jump-start car for me, phoned Silverdale Motors hoping they were still open. Left a phone message, and as it happens they had closed but one of the guys was still there moving/locking up cars, cleared the message and phoned me back. He said he'd wait for me to get there and replace my battery for me. Was so happy as it meant I could take my daughter to the shore for her hockey training. Awesome service :
Had a basic oil change done on my X3, thereafter it starting making a valve ticking sound. Mechanic suggested an oil flush with an flush additive. They did that at a labour cost of $96, but issue still persists. The mechanic is a cool dude, but to charge for not getting it right the first time is greedy.
