Really helpful staff and great range of products.
Rang this place for some 4x4 accessories, they had them in stock along with just about everything else you might want. Couldn't pick up till the weekend, even though they aren't open Saturdays they told me that someone will be there to serve me. Exceptional service and what they don't have will get it for you. Highly recommend this place for all your vehicle accessories.
Sales and Services were great until we had an issue with a winch that had only been used a handful of times over about 6 months. Autokraft 4x4 used every excuse under the sun to get out of coming to the party to sort. Bit of a shame because the products they sell on the hole are very well respected. Very disappointed with the team down at Autokraft 4x4 Palmerston North.
Awesome service. Good quality for a really good price. We came for a setup on our diesel engine after another garage in Christchurch changed it. We are very happy of the result while other garage told us it would be difficult or expensive or did something else not properly. The person from autokraft explained everything and asked for our permission before doing it. We also asked for few mechanical checks oil, break, cooling liquid, ... and he asked how many money do we have to spend so he can adapt the mechanical check and the fixes according to this. During all this time, we could wait at the reception and have a coffee. At the end the guy tried the car around the neighborhood and explained to us everything he did on the car. And everything was detailed on the bill. I recommend this place !
Great service , just waiting for my canopy to arrive and get fitted.
Awesome service, got a insurance job done, their communication was phenomenal, letting me know what was happening etc.. Was nice to have a garage for once for whom I did not have to chase up and were reliable. Would highly recommend to others and will be going again.
