Purchased car online. Vehicle not as advertised manual seats instead of electric. I realize it must have been human error on their part, but ignoring my messages is not professional. If they had responded to my messages I could have been happy to let it go but how they ignored me made me feel like I could have literally driven this car back and requested a full refund.
