Sensational experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough! They went out of their way to fix our car and booked us in to get things sorted within days. Will absolutely use them going forward
I’ve been going to Auto Super Shoppe Tawa for a few years now and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Rhys and the team always provide outstanding service and consistently complete work to a very high standard. Over the years they’ve done a lot of work on my cars, and every time the experience has been smooth, professional, and reliable.nnWhat really stands out is the customer service. The team are friendly, helpful, and always take the time to explain things clearly, which makes the whole process stress-free. It’s great to have a mechanic you can genuinely trust, and that’s exactly what you get here.nnIf you’re looking for a workshop that does quality work and treats customers well, Auto Super Shoppe Tawa is a 10/10 in my book. I’m always very happy with the service and will definitely keep coming back.
Amazing service. My son needed to replace a tail light in his VW Golf and the team helped him immediately, with a free correct bulb. Would recommend the team any day.
The Auto Super Shoppe team in Tawa are top notch and super kind. Took my car in after a rather dramatic alternator breakdown and the team there took care of the issue quickly with no problems. Special shout out to Michaela who worked relentlessly to figure out solutions and argue with the insurance company on my behalf. I’ve had some bad, sexist experiences at mechanics so her being so cool and going above and beyond for me was amazing. Highly recommend this branch.
I took a car I was considering buying to Rhys for a pre purchase inspection. He was very thorough and gave me good advice, things to consider before I made an offer on the vehicle, and a list of work that needed doing. Christal and Rhys also provided us with some insight into the value of the vehicle and even details of a suitable car seat for our grandchildren. I bought the car feeling confident it was a good purchase. I then booked the car in for the recommended work which was completed promptly. Thanks team!
