We drove into Pukekohe from our house which was an hour away. Somewhere along the way our wheel started making a funny noise and by the time we got into Puke it was squealing. We got turned away from 3 mechanics as they were swamped before turning up to Crosbie Automotive and they took a look at it straight away even though they too were super busy. Aaron and his team were happy to help us out and validate our concerns as we didn’t want to continue driving with a squealing wheel. Aaron worked for an hour and a half on my wheel and sorted it for us so we could carry on driving. We appreciated it so much especially not having an appointment and just turning up on the spot. Staff are so friendly and easy to deal with. After fixing everything failed on warrant by VTNZ - they took my car to VTNZ and got the warrant, saving my time having to do this extra step. What a service!

Lying to my face that my car was having a second test drivewhen I was told it was ready the day before...just around the block ..15 minutes later the guy came out of my car carrying boxes of car parts. The receptionist signalling him to use the other entry and not the one where I was waiting.... Using my car to go and get parts and lying to my face .. can't trust this place anymore
