Had a broken plastic under my car which needed zip ties but I couldn't find anywhere to tie it together, Jaden was a fantastic guy to help us out and told us if there is any issues we can always contact them back!
Got a service done and a electrical part replaced by Auto Sparks. Booked a date with the lady at the back office when there was a loan car available. Dropped my car off, no loan car. That problem was solved very good by front office, they went the extra mile to solve it. Got a txt that the car was ready for pick up, got there, still whole lot of panels not put back. Also greasy fingerprints on door handle and hood.I wasnt going to worry to much but now just found out, after mucking around with electrical problems one off the leads on the battery has been put on but not tighten. Paid 350 for a full service. You think 350..thats high but I tought it included the electric part replacements....but I just got another invoice for that...240 +GST.....So thats more than 600 for an oilchange, oil filter and replacing a part which I mysrlf provided...sorry, thats is not normal
Did break pads without asking permission if I wanted them done- adding to the bill. Got ac joint sorted got it back making squealing noises so emailed and took it back in only to have it returned still making the same noises… NOT HAPPY!
Lovely people here! Helped me get a new battery for my Mazda6 straight away and fitted for me- Fantastic service :-
