"Augustines of Central is a small fruit bottling company in Wanaka. Local food producer Gus Hayden is showcasing the beauty of local fruit and produce while keeping traditional methods true. From the fruit picking to the production of the preserves, Gus is involved in each process and makes sure you just get the best quality product. Gus’s preserved apricots won a gold medal at the “Oustanding New Zealand Food Producer Awards” and he was a finalist of the “NZ Food Awards”. Don’t miss trying Gus’s products as they always come in small batches and won’t last long."
