I bought a piano through AUPC roughly a month ago. My experience was incredibly positive. The range of instruments is comprehensive and the service from Glenn and Anthony is as one would expect from two such experienced and talented piano technicians. However, what sets this business apart from other sellers in Auckland is the quality of the second hand pianos. My new piano is over 30 years old but plays like a new instrument. It is very difficult or impossible to replicate the quality AUPC are able to achieve.
It was a wonderful experience to buy my piano from AUPC. Anthony is very patient, thoughtful and highly professional, he helped me picked the most suitable piano for me. I really like it. AUPC did an amazing job making the piano playing and sounding the best it can. The delivery and tuning were excellent. I totally believe they could take great care of my piano for many years. Thanks AUPC! Wonderful piano, excellent team. Definitely recommend!
I have never thought of receiving such a nice and beautiful piano as my 50-year birthday gift. AUPC made this happen. It was a very pleasant experience with AUPC. Anthony was very professional and experienced. He was patient and helped us finally choose a right piano after our two visits with a good ‘value for money’ price. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending APUC to someone who is looking for a good quality piano with a valued price.

Glenn is very helpful and responsive, he has given me a good deal and offered a good service, everyone loves the piano I bought and it looks almost brand new, the quality is top-notch.
