I feel like I'm in an airport, so nice 2021 renovation by the way. Please play classical music same as the Henderson station, it makes people calm even on rush hours.

Lots of renovations going on atm but once inside it's open, clean and easy to navigate. Staff at customer service were super friendly and helpful.

Pretty clean and information is easily accessible with screens where needed. Always seems to have construction but I guess that’s a good thing.

I love Britomart. Clean and well organised. Tons of stewards to help with questions etc. Good when trains are going. Buses good once you know where you to catch . Transport staff great. Bus drivers nice and helpful...

Central transport hub of Auckland. Has got progressively better over the years with major expansion going on at present to bring it to a useful system. Can experience alot of delays so some work to be done. Still can use a paper ticket system which is a bit outdated... Overall not so bad

Located below the heart of Auckland, connecting trains from all around the Auckland area. Trains arrive on a variety of time but usually 30 minutes between each arrival.
