Went in Level 2 covid. Awesome customer service. Great facilities for spa. Will go again when sauna is available.
Lovely vintage building with rather small pools. Everything is clean and tidy. A small cafe at the entrance area. The only problem is parking, but ideal for inner city dwellers with walking distance from downtown apartments. The fare is reasonable!
Quite a nice place to take your kids to learn swimming! Highly considerate and kind staff. Recommend them every time. The lifeguards are all doing a fab job in keeping the environment safe.
Great facility for both gym and pool. Spa is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although, some newbies need further training. Gym equipment are fantastic and receiving a birthday coffee just tops it off.
5 star for the Tepid baths for sure but no star for one of the receptionist there, very rude, very rude indeed. Perhaps she is the same staff as in another review. I think she will need to leave her mid-age crisis at home or lose her job otherwise. You wouldn't want to pay your tax on hiring such staff.
My kids prefer this pool than others in the central area. Probably as it is a bit warmer and less busy
Great pool and spa. Staff particularly at reception & upstairs in the gym are super friendly.
Great and free for under 16's! Best in the morning as it can get quite busy later. You can also have swimming lessons here, for children as well as adults.
