Took mine and my groomsman's suit jackets and pants in here to get altered before my wedding. Great service, turned them around in about a week 5x jackets and pants and the jackets fit great. Price was in line with competitors, cheaper than some of the high-end tailors but for me the job was great. Would 100% recommend.Service: Alterations

Terrible service absolutely no honor do not use them. They were happy to alter my 3 trousers waist and leg length for $300 and when the leg seam stitching came undone 3 months later they would not honor their work and wanted to charge me to redo it I said this is ridiculous I bring you all my clothing alterations and future alterations and recommend you to other colleagues. They couldn't see the wood for the trees and only would redo the stitching if I paid them I will said if you cant honor your work you are not worth doing any business with. Do not use this company no honor at all. They should not be in business they have a really bad attitude they want to be paid for their mistakes. Instead of just fixing it I couldn't believe it.
Rose has been alternating all sorts of stuff for me Suits, pants, shirts etc. Always impressed with the great quality and turn around time. Would definitely recommend.
Could NOT deliver on time without head notice and Worst Attitude EVER in NZ!!! I would never recommend anyone to use their service. Given them a wool sweater to stretch and paid. Promised to deliver on Tuesday as I'm leaving on Wednesday. Come on Tuesday after work and realize that they have not started working on it. The Lady hand my phone over to a Chinese guy. I asked why he hasn't started working and he started to curse in Chinese like it's not his fault at all to not to deliver on time!
