Wonderful collection of cars. The place was tidy and clean. However seems I am an invisible man. I hate sales person being over enthusiastic. But here, kind of zero enthusiastic. No meet and greet. No eye contact.
I went there Sunday afternoon with my mate and man did we get some great service. Every salesman said hello and asked if we needed help, we also got good service from a knowledgeable salesman.
Bought a 2nd hand car on trade me and had to buy parts from Toyota so I went to Grey Lynn location. What an amazing customer service they provided me at the parts and accessories department. The guy was so nice, professional, honest and helpful. Definitely representing Toyota brand! Love this brand even more now! Thank you
They are such a professional out fit and the energy is so lovely. They make you feel welcomed every time I am there. To be greeted with a smile and being addressed by your name is such a lovely touch. 5 stars is not enough for this team.
