Unprofessional. I Do not recommend this company. Really bad service and no communication.

First time used a car removal service to get rid of my old car. It was easy and efficient. Payment was made even before doing the paperwork. I was very happy with Bnz jp euro partsand would recommend them to others in Auckland.

Really worst director Tony of BNZ Autoparts. Never pays money. He wants only his work done and never pays. I strongly not recommend this company. Moreover, employee fights in the middle of the work and employer doesn't care. Does not even call the police or take any steps against the action. This was happened to me so beware guys!!

Reasonable prices & good staff

They have me highest offered for my old Hilux, excellent customer service!

Ordered a part and paid in advance. They didn't bother themselves to let me know that part is not available but coming from Christchurch so it was taking at least week more than they promised. We agreed on refund but it took one more week for them to transfer the money back.
