Kanuku wood is a hardwood and is extremely slow burning, providing maximum heat.
It burns cleanly which is good for the environment. It is also great for Food Smokers,
Pizza Ovens, BBQ’s and Hangis.
We have an endless supply which has been down for 4 years. It is dry and ready to burn.
Pine and other woods are faster burning, whereas Kanuku burns up to 2 to 3 times longer.
Kanuku Wood is slightly more expensive but is true value for money.
