Sink into the comfy black couch if you have to wait. There are plenty of magazines to read. I used a gift voucher I had been given and I noticed there are gift packs of products For Sale too. I sat in a private alcove sheltered from the front of shop, but open on one side so not claustrophobic. The nail technician is very experienced, she said almost 20 years in the business. I liked the copper coloured bowl my feet soaked in. The products she used were in elegant black and gold bottles and smelled nice. An extensive display of nail colours to choose from. Finished with a lovely massage on feet and lower legs that left me floating on air
