The coffee was cold, asked for one have here and one take away ended up getting both take aways. That wasn't exactly annoying but the wait was very annoying. Its an airport cafe they would be serving fast so that we dont miss our plane or something luckily i had an hour to enjoy my coffee spent about 15+ waiting for them to make my order. They were literally just standing there talking to each other and taking on the phone. Ps. The flat white tasted weird
Most delicious Vanilla latte of my life great customer service as well!
I purchase 3 hot drinks from this cafe and they were all cold. The lady making the hot drinks was careless and did not use her hand to test the temperature nor did she use the temperature gauge. She simply put the milk in the mixing silver cup and put it down on the coffee machine to run on its own. Please train your staff to make coffee. It's bad enough paying almost $5 for a small cup let alone a careless person making hot drinks.
Worst experience of the coffee i had in Auckland, the lady serving the coffee is racist. She was greeting white people very well and when she saw Indian Customers, she changed her behaviour and treated us like we were begging for coffee. She just left our coffee on the counter like we never existed and didn't even bother to tell us that our coffee is ready even though were standing right in front of her. This was the worst barista experience and really racist one as well. And mark that, coffee was even more worst.
I had latte and roast pumpkin feta sandwich. The sandwich was tasty and coffee was also good. Considering the airport store the coffee was priced reasonable.
The best chai I have had in a long time, lots of spicy flavor and not too sweet and with almond milk too. Now I am on the lookout for other Atomic coffee shops.

Extremely poor service and not worth the protracted wait for sub-standard food. Avoid this shoddy place. What happened to customer service NZ.
