I have used Astonish many times.. I love going there for Hair services and facials. Have got my mani and pedi done a couple of times only. They have amazing ambience and friendly and welcoming staff and services.  My last visit was a little disappointing as I booked for couple of services at 3:30pm. I was told I can get pedi, microderm and a mini manicure for 99 bucks but as I asked to personalized it a bit. But as they were closing at 5, my beauty consultant was a bit in rush. The pedicure was super quick, not as nice as some of the malls etc do.. was a quick buff and paint 45 bucks. The microderm was good but again felt a lil rushed. I couldnt get the manicure done as it was already 4:40 by the time we finished. I requested if I can get just nail polish done as my nails are pretty short and clean anyway but the lady there politely refused. I understand the timing however if I knew I would have picked another time slot. So I basically paid 85 for the services rather than getting 3 things done for 99 : Was asked to come back again for manicure but its a 40 mins drive from where I come from.. so Nah thanks. I will be super careful from next time to never book in the afternoon again as everybody Gotta Go Home! ;

I was very happy with my color and the staff were nice but the charges were crazy expensive......... I emailed the next day to query bill with no reply so I emailed again 2 days later. A few days later I called and spoke to manager she was looking in to it, I never heard back. I called 1 week later and finally someone dealt with it. I will give them credit they refunded $40 but was still more than I was quoted. Was a shame it ruined my experience

I got foils from this place which turned out okay but not super fabulous. Would have given 4 stars. The reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because I asked for my hair to be thinned out.. and for somebody who has very thick hair, I now no longer have enough hair to tie up into a ponytail, its very short on the top. I have to grow it out again and keep it straightened all the time.‍ didnt realize until I washed my hair. Wont name the hairdresser because she was lovely but would not recommend her.

I have been visiting Astonish Hair and Beauty for almost two years, and feel privileged to have Krystle as my stylist. She knows exactly what she is doing, and works wonders with my hair. Krystle put a plan into place to get my hair really healthy, and we now have a maintenance regime to keep it that way. I absolutely love visiting the salon, and I'm always made to feel welcome even by other stylists. Earlier this year, I was fortunate to have Krystle create the most beautiful hairstyle for my wedding. She also took care of the bridesmaids and we received so many compliments. Thanks so much!

Love it here at Astonish, have been getting my hair done by Krystle for the past 3 years and love it every single time! Krystle always does such an amazing job and is so gentle and friendly! All of the other staff members are friendly, approachable and willing to help too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else...highly recommend!!

I love coming to Astonish Hair, the ladies here are so friendly and accomodating. For years I never really did anything with my hair and I just let it grow out as I didn’t have the confidence to do anything with it..... but that was until I met Bridget!! She knows exactly what I like and her years of hard work and experience are a true testament to her talent. Going on nearly 3 years now and I’m so grateful to have found a great hairdresser who is passionate about her job and really looks after her clients so it’s a big thumbs up from me

The team at Astonish Hair & Beauty are extremely professional and extremely skilled at what they do.  I have been seeing Krystle as my hair stylist for approx. 12 years and have never been disappointed.  Every time I come out with exactly what I wanted and she is always extremely accomodating to my ever changing wants!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Krystle does an amazing job and really knows her stuff. First started going to her to get my hair done for my wedding nearly 7 years ago and havn’t looked back. She always goes the extra mile to make you feel like you are a valued client. Highly recommend.
