First home buyer: Absolute nightmare, do not use New Lynn Harcourts. I am giving 1 star because 0 is not available. We were dealing with very unprofessional agent named Mohammed Kiba. When we asked him genuine questions about the house, he would literally make things up and would lie about it. We brought this to attention of Mr Bobby Sapra owner/director but despite him acknowledging that his staff was lying to us, he refused to take action and never apologized. He never even bothered to reply back to emails we sent him. We complained to the Harcourt's head office and we were told that we will not have to deal with Mohammed anymore and then they replaced him with Mr Ashok Shetty. We had a scheduled meeting with Mr Ashok mediated by Darren, but instead of helping us or listening to our concerns he was insulting us and his behavior was like a goon thuggish. Ashok said why should I help them when I am not going to make anything out of it. Bobby actually saw this but instead of asking his staff to calm down he had the audacity to tell us that we do not have patience. We were lucky that we managed to get direct contact with the vendor and did not have to deal with these thugs anymore. I do not recommend anyone using Newlynn Harcourt's. Once you sign the sale agreement they will refuse to help you and treat you poorly. I should have googled about them earlier before using them, they have terrible news articles on how they conduct their business. They do not deserve to get any commission from the sale for our house. All Mohammed did was lied to us and made us sign the documents in hurry. For any question about the house New Lynn Harcourt would tell us to contact our lawyer to ask to vendors lawyers. They just there for their commission and once you sign the sale agreement they will not help you and treat you very poorly. From our experience I can only suggest that no one should New Lynn Harcourts.

Worst property managers ever don't trust them with your home they will rent a house claiming it lives upto healthy home standards but you dont get the paperwork it's the fourth flood in four months and they haven't done anything about it at all I even explained how easy and cheap it is to fix still nothing haven't repaired it still charging us a extremely high rate for the unsafe house that needs to be condemned because they didn't act for months and then they just quit or they play the blame game and if your a woman they will try and bully and intimidate you good luck trying it on me
