We went to go get icecream and the indian lady that served us was on a phone call the entire time and didn't put it down while serving us, she couldn't understand us while she was on the call and got our orders wrong. Because she was expecting us to tell her while she was talking on call. Terrible communication, never going back.
Absolutely disgusting. Went into purchase an ice cream. The Indian woman was on the phone. She carried on talking on the phone the whole time she was making the ice cream. No communication with the customer. Face mask was on her chin. Definitely not very hygienic all her germs were going over the ice cream as she was making it. As you can see in the photo attached there's a basket of lollies sitting on a table where the public also sit to eat their food.

Nice icreams only thing put me off didn't wear gloves while serving food an still handled money
Bad customer service, lady was on the phone and ignored us. Then she rudely said i’m not cooking anything.
