Excellent products, customer service and support outstanding. Surprised at how many spinning, weaving and felting products are made at this business. All top quality. Am happy to reccomend them.

My reason for this poor review is due to their customer service which is very poor and to be honest non existent. I have emailed them three to ask for their assistance with the new ridged heddle loom stand, the stand is a very poor design compared to their old design. I asked if there's anything they can suggested to make it more stable or if by any chance they might have an older design one in their warehouse. No reply from anyone at all I'm sorry to say, as I said very poor customer service Ashford!!!

Great products, great service, my go to for all my weaving products.

My wife bought a loom from them and the pre-drilled holes were too big for the screws so it couldn’t be fastened properly, wood parts warped, absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t ever purchase from them ever
