Small but ambitious little Persian cafe with seating outside and in. Friendly service, although I had to ask for milk when I ordered a pot of English Breakfast tea. The wait staff seemed quite surprised I should want it but provided it willingly enough. Mediterranean - Middle Eastern cuisine Baklava - yum! as well as Kiwi favourites such as burger and chips. I had a chicken salad which was crisp, fresh and delicious. Priced at $16, the average for a suburban cafe. Next time, I'll try a lamb dish. The only thing I didn't like, and this is a personal quirk, despite tow doors being open, the cafe was fuggy and smelled strongly of fried foods as did my clothign afterwards, so I don't think they have an efficient extractor fan. One of the best persian food very authentic, taste is unbelievable. We ordered the Arum Special -kebab Kubede lamb , Juje chicken Shizlik beef comes with saffron rice with butter with Gormeh sabzi veg . Don’t forget to order the curd based drink which is very good for digestion after this wonderful meal. Amazing staff and a great chef thank you for such a wonderful meal. Highly recommend Arum resturant & cafe.
Love the food and love the wonderful people that, always keeps the family and other people happy. Thanks Anna, PK, Mina and the other girl which we didnt ask her name so sorry. Jealous that my sister always get her, Salmon in different ways of cooking. Go on down and enjoy.
Delicious Persian food, great friendly service. Price is a little on the premium side but other than that highly recommended!

The staff here are great. Also the falafel on rice was cool.
Upon entering this small cafe you're greeted with a warm design and a smile from the staff, welcoming you to their cafe. The walls are lined with mosaic art from local artists for sale with helpful notes next to the prices like "can go outside". The food is reasonably priced, delicious and filling, I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict. All-in-all, a pleasant experience and a place that I will be sure to visit again.
Great rice dishes and berry smoothie is lovely. Their hummus is tasty with Turkish bread $7. Very affordable food. You can sit outdoors it's nice and cosy
Seriously the best kebabs ever. Get the Arum Special, three different types chicken, eye fillet and traditional mince! totally worth the drive. Already dreaming of my next time!
