Cancellation Policy:
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment so that space can be passed onto someone else.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before you are booked in, you will be charged 50% of your appointment, unless you rebook. We may require a deposit to secure any appointment if you have cancelled twice or more.
If you are more than 15 mins late to an appointment, your appointment will be rebooked for another time and the 50% cancellation fee may apply.
If you don't show up to your appointment without any notification, you will be charged 100% of your treatment fee.
If your service was complementary or prepaid, any vouchers or prizes will be considered redeemed.
