Supportive to a extent I wasn't informed of my son being bullied by 4 students repeatedly by one doesn't take accountability Even the financial side of things was irresponsible in my experiences around this I wouldn't recommend this school for accountability for the wellbeing of my son was slack no high chance of it changing now Welcoming isn't what I felt here for our whanau when it came to real situation to be dealt with lack of professionalism or togetherness Found a much more supportive school and more whanau focused where my kids are now No bullying great communiCation at my tamariki new school with us as parents and shows us whanaungatanga and they aren't even a Maori school
Although my daughter is not Maori Irish/kiwi she loves this school, singing dancing art music whilst learning about Maori language and culture, because reading and writing is taught in English and Maori language is taught in addition she was able to join in easily, the classes have fantastic teacher student ratios, near impossible to find this in any of today's larger schools. My daughter catches a small bus from Timaru to Temuka and the service is provided free - surpassed all of my wildest expectations.
