Amazing products! I got a chest rig and a set of ubacs for my Ghost costume and it turned out extremely good.
They have a great selection of gear and clothes; sometimes even random bits and bobs you don’t find anywhere nearby. Spectacular staff who were engaging and fun to talk to when I needed help, looking forward to visiting again!
Bought packaged underwear. Realized quality was bad after just opening it. Still, refund rejected by the manager although told otherwise before. My claim has been brushed of by printing the non refund policy on the receipt, which you obviously get after payment. Would not recommend this store cuz of the customer service.
I bought several items from them online, New and used. They communicated well with me and provided good condition used items. Very impressed with the service and I will use them again.
Good range of stuff. Got some really well priced waterproof shoes that have been great for tramping and hiking. When I was purchasing said shoes and asked a staff member how good the waterproofing was, he just told me to not let water drip down my ankle lol, wasn't very useful.
Found this store online, they have great selection of Military gears if your into those, also have camping stuff that you wouldnt know they had. Staff were great and helpful.
Been buying online off armyandoutdoors for jus over a year now and finally got the chance to visit the store in Christchurch a couple of days ago, Excellent customer service. I wanted to return and exchange two shirts I previously ordered that we're too small for me. The cashier was more then happy to do that . I then left the store with an EX- Issue NZ Army Combat vest for a fair price. A highly recommended Military Surplus store in New Zealand
