Friendly and helpful staff, good parking facilities. However, they sent out a confirmation text and email on Monday saying the order was ready to collect it's now Wednesday and the order was not there. A van had hit the back door! When asked why no one had let me know, I got a shrug of the shoulders. I asked to complain to a regional manager and was given the number of the robot at customer service. Don't bother. It's on a loop then it hangs up. Not the team's fault, but perhaps more training is required, especially if the customer has difficulty walking due to an accident and has made an effort to get there. Maybe start with “Sorry, let me help you”not “Obviously, this has never happened before” again it's a training issue. An update finally they were unable to fulfil the order and cancelled it.
Opens 8.30 , thay open doors at 8.27 , and tell you they are not open , they are just letting staff in , by a very rude overweight women , followed up by another overweight facetious , young women on collection , when they reopened at 8.30 . 0 rating on cutomer service at Eastbourne Argos .
Decent prices, very big selection with majority of items in stock which can’t be said regarding their competitors. Very friendly helpful staff.
I ordered a radio cassette dvd player yesterday and today collected it. Victoria and Toby were very helpful and polite, they gave me great customer service. Thank you.
Plenty of shops available. Massive amount of parking. But they really need to re organize the layout and allow one large car park with better exits and entrances.

Large store with high levels of stock, lightning service less than a minute on my visit, easy parking with disabled parking and access. Helpful friendly and very efficient staff.
This is now the second item we have received damaged. The latest item a sun parasol was damaged when we opened the packaging yesterday. Are the items being thrown about? We had to make a journey this morning to return the damaged item. Will now think twice before buying from here .. too much hassle!
