Magical place, been coming here for years to get a lifetime Teddy for our grandchildren. First visit was 11 years ago & the bear is still going strong. This time was for the 9th grandchild.

Please bring a mask. They have "No mask, no entry" policy, which is quite reasonable during this Covid season. Hopefully you won't be disappointed by the denial of entry due to lack a mask as what we experienced. We were too excited about the visit to bring our masks. LOL
The man was very rude I mean I have been told to wear a mask before but not like that he has no customer service skills at all I’m a social worker took my client when she spoke to him he acted like she was annoying him The old lady was lovely though she’s the only reason I’m giving the 3 stars
