Story

At Archer Originals no two products will be identical as no two pieces of wood are the same. Each creation will be handcrafted with care and precision to ensure that what you get is a distinctive and beautiful piece.

We have a passion for capturing the beauty of timber and other unique natural materials, aiming to create timeless modern day antiques which help to connect people to their overlooked environments. We take great pleasure in giving timber a second chance to be enjoyed and seen for its true beauty. Our goal is to always improve and try new designs with new and unique materials hopefully providing you with a one of a kind gift you can be proud to give or would love to receive.

If you want something really special you can send us a piece of timber of significance to you and we will try to preserve it for you. Do you have a special material you want made into pens? Be it a broken piece of furniture your great grandparents came to New Zealand with; a piece of timber saved from your burnt down house; or the tree you practically lived in as a child. If it is big enough to make into a pen, we can make it happen for you. The price per unit will be dependant on the material but as low as $30 each.
