ARAMEX SNAIL MAILnMy parcel was dispatched on 22/012024 from Silverdale, Auckland. It was delivered to me in Whangarei 14 days later on 05/02/2024. Aramex has got to be the slowest courier company I have ever encountered. I can get an international courier package faster than Aramex takes for a short local delivery. I do not recommend using Aramex if fast and reliable delivery is an important factor in your decision!
Wish i could give a zero star . For 30 years i have lived in same location up north Boi area , twice in 6 months they have not delivered to my address items of trademe , in 30 years nz post has delivered 100% thousands of items to me . Lodge a review like this and all they say is sorry please go to face book to lodge a complaint ! Really face book !!! Seriously this firm should be looked into by the law . Go to other online review platforms and see thousands of kiwi’s saying the same and losing thousands of dollars of items what a disgraceful company and shame on NZ police for allowing this . Avoid this company!!!
Wish you could give these guys a Zero star rating. They don't deserve this one star rating. Package been sitting at Whangarei depot for over a week. Going by other review I won't see it for at least another week. Item is coming from Christchurch, but I received items I ordered from Aliexpress the same day already. Have called, but have not heard back from them. Have done the online enquiry and also had no response.nnAbsolute worst company I've ever had the 'pleasure' of dealing with.
If I could give no stars I could. Worst courier company ever. Deliveries always take 3 x as long as other courier companies and when they deliver to wrong address, dont appear to care at all. If they do manage to eventually deliver goods, boxes are damaged. I would be mortified if my company had comments like those Iv seen on Face book. Have subsequently emailed every business I deal with to advise them that I refuse to have Aramex deal with my orders. Most incompetent courier in NZ
I am so disappointed with the service from ARAMEX. They have had my parcel sitting in the Whangarei depot for two weeks. It only came from Auckland. I have been tracking it and I have made enquiries as to why it is still sitting at the depot. I had no response from my email to ARAMEX, no response from one phone call to Aramex and now I have just phoned again and they still don't know where it is! USELESS!!!nI will advise the firm I purchased my goods from to use NZ Post.nI had to put one star to be able to post this BAD review.
