Great experience at this dealership. We found a car we liked on AutoTrader, and within a day, we arranged to go see it. The staff at AR were very chilled about letting us have a test drive. The car was exactly as described. Rose, the sales rep, have us efficient and friendly service. Before we knew it, we were driving off in our car, and were very satisfied. I'd highly recommend this place to pick up a good-value second hand car.
I’m happy regarding my car, but that’s about it! Terrible customer service and communication skills. The manager is rude and a time waster, and needs to seriously work on his customer service and communication skills. The young man who works there is much more helpful. What blows my mind is that when I arrived to collect the car for the 3rd time! the office and workshop were open for me to walk around. Not a single staff member was present. Lucky I have a clean conscience and didn’t steal numerous car keys that were lying over the office table. Overall I would not recommend doing business with this manager in charge. A dodgy character who needs to be checked up on.
Really really friendly and helpful staff, they will go above and beyond to help you as customers like they did for me. Great value and selection of cars to choose from - including hybrid. Fast action and the car I bought is going really well. The wof was done by VTNZ so you can rest assured their cars are safe and sound. They also offer MBI and good price. Prasad and the team are hard working and have exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to others to visit this place before make final decision on cars. They will reply your texts after hours too. Highly recomended.
This comapany is NO GOOD!!! Please find somewhere else especially if you are looking for car rental. I had terrible experience with them AR Motors, asked for deposit as part of agreemnt but more than 2 months had pass the comapny has’nt returned the money when in the agreemnt it says after 2 weeks they will give it back for as long as no trouble done with the car. They lend the car with no updated Rego so that gave me an infringement well my fault for not checking but still they must be responsible for the cars they offer for car rental. So please I discourage to not go with this one.
