Friendly. Supportive. Effective. Committed to helping you achieve your goals. Excellent reasonably-sized! group workout classes - tough at first but quick results if you stick with it. Slower paced yoga for stretching relaxing and recovery. Thanks for making the gym experience less intimidating!
