Not many items in stock but you can ask the staff to order for you. Delivery is fast. Prices are good. 5 stars I expect nothing more.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. We bought $3000 worth of stuff from there and just coz the range we wanted was a powerpack we had to return the other rangehood we bought. And never pick the rangehood up from the warehouse when asked for refund the lady said it will take 2 weeks for refund. Now its being 4 weeks no reply from them when we call them they only say its i internal process. Called them lady said she will make sure she will get the done in 2 days. Still waiting no reply. We will take this to consumer counsel now. Then they have to pay. Please do not go there and stay away.
Very good service. Even received some technical advice and waste disposer comes with a seven year warranty.
Their online sales person Louise was very helpful along with prompt responses after various questions.
Highly recommended. Best price I could find, plus free delivery when others were quoting $60+. Delivery time was acceptable 4 business days and the product was delivered in perfect condition with good communication.
We had 5 Star service from Appliance Star today. We urgently needed a dryer. They delivered and installed within 2 hours of payment. Friendly and fast service and best price too. Thank you
Ordered a stove from them online, and paid for it. The following day received a blunt generic email telling me my order had been cancelled as they had no stock. Rude service, bought elsewhere from a far friendlier company Extreme Appliances
Bought a product 5 month but not functioning, still under warranty, thanks to a lady representative named Li who tried her best to help. While a guy representative claimed that it was user fault with bad attitude
Very RUDE and DODGY LADY AT THE COUNTER BY THE NAME OF LY ZHENG she will try to steal your money....we went to book the stove on the 26th were told u can come on 30th and it will be there..on 30th the refused to recognize us....and said u never came here...also said the prices have increased now... when i pointed them to the signage they said...and the signs have to be updated... they also lied to us ..we were told it was free delivery and then they said no its not... blunt liars...dont trust them..STAY AWAY
Excellent service and price. I will always support stores like this over the big franchises because they actually care about their customers.
