Easy to deal with staff and the car was in good niche .
Picked up our car with no issues. Staff at Greymouth wasn't sure about standard roadside assistance details, I suggest they refresh themselves with all details. Otherwise it was a good service that was provided.

Good& friendly service & provided enough information for what we needed.
Rented us a very nice car that took us all over South Island, did us a deal with the petrol, insurance and gps.

There was a little confusion at the point of sale whereby I didn't realise I had to pay a $500-2,000 bond if I didn't have a credit card I had a visa debit card but once we actually had the car everything went swimmingly.
