Fridge works like a freezer, room wasn't cleaned, gate access won't let me in, things missing from the kitchen, wall paper coming off and more
Only went to make enquiries but signs on door not clear weather we wait outside or come in. Waiting for someone to talk to but really did not look like they were open for business. Can I suggest maybe fixing your website so people know not to bother you in your busy times? Or if you are open for business?
I wanted to hire a small conference room for half a day and happy to pay full day rate , but wanted to use my own caterers . This was a no no for Aotea and so we cant hire the room . This did not matter a jot to the management ... so no covid problems at this motel
Nice place to stay, close from nz police college so really convinient to stay here if you want to attend police graduation.
I go to Aotea Lodge a few time a year. It has very comfy beds and good kitchen facilities in the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
