I’ve used them twice to purchase stainless steel bolts in small numbers, they have been great to deal with.
Gary Hodgson reversed into my car in a sign written Anzor vehicle while I was parked taking a phone call.nAt the time he was very sorry he hadn’t used his reversing camera.nThe damage didn’t look that bad, after taking to the panel beaters the crash support was creased.nI called him to check the vehicle details and he told me “if it needs anything more than the bumper clips replaced I’ll dispute it”nSo now I have to pay $500 to get my car back while we wait for insurance to sort it out.nI called his boss to see if he could talk to him and ask him to be a reasonable human being.nHaven’t heard back from him so I guess the culture of the company is don’t be accountable for your mistakes.nCheers Gary, just because you don’t think my old car is worth much doesn’t mean you shouldn’t own up to the damage you caused.
I walked into the place thinking it would be a little bolt shop. This is a big place for a bolt shop but I was surprised at the great customer service they provided to someone who came looking for a queer bolt for a motorcycle. The lady at the front desk had to check multiple things and it took quite some time but not once did she express any frustration I would’ve been frustrated in that situation to be honest. She is simply awesome. One can only imagine how great they would be with their bigger customers.
Craig is the most patient and helpful person I have dealt with in many years. He is amazing has the most incredible customer services skills, I only made a small purchase total of 4 screws but Craig treated me with the upmost respect despite me being female and made me feel like I was the most important customer he had. I can never thank him enough for all his help and assistance.
I was not a big spender but was treated with utmost respect. Shannon was very professional, efficient and has excellent communication skills. The level of service given to me went way beyond my expectations. A big thank you to Shannon and the whole team at Anzor Fastners, West Auckland. Well done everyone and keep up the good work.
