I am here to open my ANZ account today. Everyone who has helped me was so helpful and friendly. Truly surprised at the quality of service I received today. Special thanks to Michelle, Judy, George for your smile and expertise.
Not helpful staff at all, we reached at 4pm so still got 30 minutes before they close but reception lady was in hurry to make us away instead solving our issue that could have taken no more than 20 minutes.nWe came all the way from hanmer springs as there is no bank branch there so staff should consider customer’s problem and try be helpful.nDefinitely avoid this branch
I took my 91 year old father along for an insurance update. The service provided by Angela was amazing and way exceeded my expectation of one of the big four. Perhaps this branch has decided to provide a higher level of service. A big thank you to the branch manager for empowering Angela. to spend two hours with us. It was old fashioned personal service at its best.
The lady greeting people at the door was really rude to an old lady in front of me and left her confused and stressed.nThen continued to treat me the same way. Probably the worst bank I’ve visited
I think its a biggest branch of the ANZ bank in Christchurch. They are very welcoming. They always listen your problem carefully and try to solve it in real time if it's possible. I like ANZ bank for their good services.
