Two lovely ladies,Jackie and Jenny helped me today. I was given the wrong advice by the helpline staff and made a payment vis phone. But I needed to pay to my solicitor and get confirmation. I went to Colombo branch and Jackie and Jenny sorted it for me. Really great experience. Thanks a lot!
This bank allows you to use different ATMs without a charge, but for home loans I’d go with BNZ or Nz home loans as they offer mortgage offset. They have a helpful app. They will not pay interest on any account you can draw money out of which is another disadvantage
The most friendliest and helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. Always make you feel welcome and nothing is a problem. Good on you ANZ.
I find it's quite inconvenient that only open a couple days a week, why is that?
5-10 minutes wait to try to speak to someone on the phone is ridiculous! Typical of poor customer service from banks nowadays.
