I travel around Aus and NZ as part of my job so belonging to a franchise gym like AF allows me to workout wherever I'm at. Of all the AF gyms I've been to, this is hands down the worst! Condition of equipment is poor, e.g., dumbbells look like they have been chewed around the edges even the stands that house the dumbbells are falling apart and will collapse causing an injury to someone. On the plus side, the staff were friendly. I didn't say anything to them about the standard or condition of the equipment however, they should know if they are cleaning them on a regular basis.
Some big dudes there make me feel emasculated. Good gym though.
I had to pay a late payment fee TWICE bc the guy had entered my card and bank details incorrectly even though payment was made the same day. They were aware it was their fault but still had no compensation whatsoever. Would not recommend.
No at all good all the equipments are worn down, no proper cleaning, bathroom doesn’t have toilet rolls and its dirty. Been there twice as i come auckland now and then but the condition of gym is going worse and worse.
Never known a gym to have such bad etiquette. No one put their weights away, no sweat towels, no cleaning down of equipment. It's not a bad gym at all but the members need to look after it and be a little more courteous.
I go hee on a regular basis....facilities are awesome
The equipment are clean and worked well. I like how there are so many around that I can always find one to work out at. Anytime Fitness is a great gym to work out. Lots of machines available and is only busy during busy hours. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good bit of fun and amazing vibe and very clean and tidy . Not my 'home gym' but will definitely visit again!
Will cost you if go in a contract with them. They won’t take your cancellation in verbal but you actually need to fill up a form than scan it to them. I went overseas and ask them to put it on hold on 8 May 2018 and their team member asked what is your expected date to come back I told no idea and they said no worries. Then they charge me while I was overseas about $800 or May be over. I am so frustrated now with Anytime Fitness.
