A great gym in a handy location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good range of equipment and excellent changing facilities.

Good location , plenty of room to workout if you get the timing right. Clean bathrooms. Well maintained equipments. My only minor issue is the floor to ceiling height of the weights floor but that’s cause I am reasonably tall and some sets make me nervous that I may hit my head on the beams
The staff are really friendly, always say hi and bye, and don't make me feel uncomfortable. The gym is never outrageously packed. Always enough locker space, toilets, showers, etc. The cable machine has a wide range of attachments. Broken equipment gets fixed quickly. The music playing is at a normal level. I always feel super comfortable at this gym :

Great spaces and comfortable for training over busy hours. I love the crew customer service. They are very approachable and helpful . Great gym to have a fit body. 5 ++++++ The staff is friendly. The premises are great and spacious. The machines are probably the best in all New Zealand. They got all of them. The gym atmosphere is so welcoming.
I joined Anytime Fitness in Ellerslie a month ago; without ever having stepped foot in a gym before. I am working with Callum Beddoes as my Personal Trainer & he has been absolutely phenomenal! He is patient, encouraging, motivating & ensures my safety 110% of the time. He is a great listener, very knowledgeable & understands what I’d like to achieve. I have never felt better mentally or physically & I am extremely excited for my continued progression. The gym is spacious, well cleaned, serviced & has a wide range of equipment in great condition. The aircon has been fantastic during peak summer heat as well. I would recommend his services & the Ellerslie branch to anybody!
The gym ranks high in all aspects: value for money, atmosphere, equipment availability/variety, space, cleanliness, other supporting facilities shower, hair drier+straightener, iron. Everybody is respectful and friendly. The staff has done a great job in making the place feels homey not like being in a commercial gym. I could see that the classes could do with more variety but for those who have their own workout regime, it wouldn't be an issue at all.
Love the Ellerslie Anytime. Between Ellerslie and Newmarket, you two set the expectations for Anytime well above the average. Equipment, size, club vibes, layout, community! No wonder I keep coming back "
Been going here for a year and a half since moving into the area. I have visited a number of AF branches in NZ and abroad over the years, and this one is right up there in terms of equipment and cleanliness!
