From North Shore. AF Golden Sands is a Bigger AF gym with more power racks than most. Good for all disciplines, weightlifting, Xfit and bodybuilding. Can parks available with a cafe across the road if you need a fix before and after your workout. Energy drinks are available if you like your cans. Merch available also. Good atmosphere, great people trying to achieve the same goals.nStaff are easily approachable and desk is staffed on Saturdays. Come see Georgia and say hello.
Friendly and always helpful staff who make you welcome from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is great, and the gym is consistently clean and well organised. Definitely a place that makes working out enjoyable.
Joined as an over '65' member and have enjoyed the team atmosphere and circuit classes but seriously guys you need to get your act together when you make a mistake it should not take 3 weeks or more to fix
Always a pleasant welcoming at the door and when leaving, gym always clean and great atmosphere for a good workout
Lovely gym with the most welcoming staff. I appreciate that you become part of a family here as it makes such a difference in your workouts, knowing the staff and other members have such a great community. I find the group classes a great workout and enjoy their variety.
