OVER CAPACITY DO NOT SIGN UP HERE!!!! If you are gyming at after school or work hours you will find yourself confined to a 1m square area and goodluck getting on a machine.
Great gym with fantastic staff, high energy team that is always smiling and happy to help. Gym equipment is in great condition and they have multiple options of equipment for important compound exercises. Highly recommend.
This is an amazing gym especially for women. I always feel super safe whatever time I am there. The staff are really nice and the place is always really clean. I highly recommend this gym because I can’t think I anything I don’t like about it
Lovely gym with the most welcoming staff. I appreciate that you become part of a family here as it makes such a difference in your workouts, knowing the staff and other members have such a great community. I find the group classes a great workout and enjoy their variety.
Such a great atmosphere! Fantastic trainers who take the time to get to know you, help with any injuries and guide you to your goals. The gym is always clean and tidy, well equipped and never a wait time for equipment. Highly recommend Anytime Fitness Golden Sands!
