Story

Anonymouz (Matthew Faiumu Salapu) is a Samoan Music Producer, Composer, Sound Designer & Teaching Artist who has worked widely within the NZ Urban Commercial and Underground music scene, scored for numerous commissioned Film, Television and Radio projects, as well as musically directed many large live events.

The South Auckland born & raised artist is a popular pedagogical figure who has also taught workshops for numerous organisations around NZ, Australia & Samoa, and is also the Music Director for Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra’s International Music Council/ UNESCO Award winning Hip Hop & Classical Music Programme “APO Remix”.

He has focused on avant garde sound design projects over the last few years, a recent highlight being Auckland Councils first ever permanent Public Sound Artwork soundscapes as part of the new Te Oro Music & Art Centre in Glen Innes.

This year he is back in the studio producing for various industry artists with numerous releases slated for release this year.
