I always enjoy browsing the retro-fresh designs at Bailey Nelson. Service was helpful but not overbearing. Turn-around is super quick; I’ve never waited the full two weeks for frames to arrive. They’re also super great about replacing, fixing or tweaking the fit of their glasses.

The optometrist was excellent. Thorough and explained everything- well done. I’ve purchased three pairs of glasses as have family members. Far less enthused about service. Arrived and stated my name. Person replied with - can I have your Medicare card? A brief hello, how are you, would be nice.
The eye test was done with precision, including some techniques I haven't seen before which was reassuring for knowing where things are at & going forward. Unfortunately the kind of prescription sunnies frames I was trying to find weren't available in stock or via order.
Very happy with my experience. Professional and friendly service from all the staff, would recommend to others
