Enjoyed my shopping moment, got food for my tropical fish, and enjoyed the fish and plant setup. Staff could know how many times we got asked, can they help us, but we enjoyed
Animates Pukekohe is my place to go for most fish related products and pets. The team there are have excellent service skills and are very informative and very helpful. The team there have all in some way helped me to create a vert stable and healthy community and I have two more tanks that are getting there aswell with their help. My Kribs have also successfully raised 4 babies, and they are doing great... Thank you to the team at Pukekohe you are great
A really well stocked and amazing store for all your pet needs. It is always a delight to walk in and being helped by the team amazing members. Shout out to Nicola who is super helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help with your pet needs. All recommendations are met with joy and lots of tail wags at home.
Always have what I'm looking for. Staff helpful and genuinely interested. Have been buying dog and other pet food from there for many years. Always great service.
The young lady that served yesterday morning was very helpful & fantastic! I bowled in approx mid-morning & purchased 2 x glass water bottles for my cockatoos. Hubs changed the holders to ss clamps so my birds wouldn't pull the bottles off their cages. Awesome service, thanks
