Went in to get a seat belt dog harness. A friendly and helpful girl named Georgia spent 15 minutes with me helping with fitting several different ones until we found the right one for the dog. Served me at the counter too, and even gave my dog some of her favorite liver treats. Excellent service - thank you Georgia and Animates Nelson.
The store was tidy, well stocked and I was given great advice but the prices are so expensive.nI think having cheaper brands as well as the premium brands would attract more customers. There were more staff than customers.

Purchased a wee tank for my daughter a few weeks ago. Was advised to let it cycle which we have. Went with my daughter to purchase a fish yesterday to which we were told we needed to bring a water sample before we would be sold a fish. I completely understand the reasoning behind this - yet this was not communicated when we purchased the tank. There was little sympathy for the fact we lived 1.5 hours away and had had a wasted journey. Perhaps if it is a store policy you should be communicating this when tanks are sold. This way I can save my petrol for a 3hr return journey and my daughter wouldn’t have been so disappointed. Rubbish customer service. I also can’t find anything on the website to suggest this is the policy for fish purchases and have never had to do this for any of the fish in my ar980t
