Animates are a very kindly crew. I make special orders of vet prescribed food and they get it in for me super fast - and phone to say it here. Then give me a big discount as a frequent feeder. Much appreciated Guys.
Amongst all the groomers we’ve tried in Wellington, Ricky is the best!nWe saw a difference in our fur baby’s behaviour as he’s more relaxed and happy; as opposed to anxious and grumpy.nThanks Ricky for your amazing care xx
We have been getting our doggo groomed with Ricky at Animates for the last year. Otter is a bit of an anxious pup who doesn't enjoy any kind of grooming we can even get a brush near her, but Ricky handles her with care and always does a great job. Highly recommend this service.
Great store. Helpful staff. When I arrived there was a guy watching the parking lot...a security guard? Not sure. Made me feel a bit uneasy, otherwise great place
Animates Vetcare Kaiwharawhara are an amazing crew! Special shout out to Carmen who is a compassionate, kind, funny and intelligent vet. Also, a special shout out to Tayla who is always lovely on the phones and answers all my emails quickly and kindly with all of the info I need. I am very grateful. Athena Capper.
