The team at Animal Physio are so lovely, always making a fuss of whoever is coming in! The environment is great nothing like a vet clinic, which has been great for my dog who is really nervous at vets. We see Karen who has changed my dogs life, She is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, gentle and kind. She tailors each treatment specifically to what my dog might be requiring that day whether it be massage, gym and/or the underwater treadmill and then gives thing to do at home with your dog too. My dog was super nervous her first visit, now she drags me to the treatment room and is so excited to be there! I can’t recommend Animal Physio NZ or Karen enough!
Amazing facilities and service. Rochelle really took the time to get to know my dog and was able to provide easy exercises for me to do at home with her. They are very flexible and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
I would like to highly recommend Animal Physionz they are amazing. I had made an appointment with them for my gorgeous wee dog Angus who was having balance issues. They were very accommodating and managed to get me an appointment quickly. Unfortunately my wee Angus passed away before we were able to get to our first appointment, he had a tumor on his brain. I cancelled the appointment and within a few days received a lovely card with a beautiful message in it and a poem, that's not all I also received a beautiful bracelet with a silver heart on it . What a special group of people, I would like to thank them so much for their care even though they never met me or Angus, I have worn the bracelet every day since . Thanks so much Phillipa Pink

Great team of people, they really care about the animals they are treating. Not just for dogs, also for cats. Seeing lots of improvement with my older cat with arthritis, definite improvement in quality of life
Our awesome wee fella Ollie a small dog had knee surgery and Physio was required afterwards. The team here are fantastic, so welcoming and professional. Very pet friendly and owner friendly too! Highly recommend them for any treatment. Ollie’s outcome was %. Thank you team.

Absolutely the BEST money I have ever spent on our dog! Elena and her team are amazing. Our boy was limping on and off for months. After we spent a fortune on vet and specialist fees, we still had no diagnosis. We were referred onto Animal Physio as a last resort and to be honest I wish they had been the first port of call!!! They use top notch products, equipment, techniques and are obviously all very well trained in their field. Our boy enjoys his appointments so much and there has been a massive improvement. We have now dropped back to a visit every month or so. Definitely the best of the best!
In January my dog underwent spinal surgery after an accident. After his initial healing I asked to be referred to a physio therapist. I live well away from Christchurch but was able to make two visits for hands on treatment. The other contact was by phone and emailed video. All the care my dog and I received was outstanding and has enabled my dog to continue to improve in his mobility so much that it is nearly impossible to detect any spinal dysfunction. I am extremely pleased that my dog can live a happy normal and active life and do all the doggy things in daily living.
